The Sales Administrator Role
Based out of their Leeds office they are looking for Sales Administrator responsible for the initial review of incoming project enquiries and identify brief scope; CRM management of enquiries; assist with booking in orders.
Overall you will provide administrative, sales support and general assistance to the Business Development Team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the enquiry process and assist with the preparation of sales enquiries, in the requisite format.
- Promote the Company’s products and services with confidence and commitment.
- Assist with the production of proposals and quotations to clients and potential clients. Examine and analyse tender documentation to assist the Sales Team.
- Assist with forecast sales volumes and help develop a list of opportunities to be tracked on a regular basis.
- Work with Bid Managers to ensure all ongoing project intel is kept up to date.
- Establish a sales support relationship for day-to-day management of the accounts.
- Communicate with all internal departments as necessary to ensure the clients’ requirements are understood.
- Develop technical skills, as required, to ensure adequate support of all necessary activities including Database management, internet searching and use, and spreadsheet input.
- Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software – All CRM tasking is regularly monitored, audited and reviewed ensuring actions are carried out and acted upon within specified time frames.
