About the Role
We’re seeking a Family Law & General Practice Attorney to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated attorney with experience—or a strong interest—in family law and general litigation. Whether you’re looking for full-time work or a flexible, part-time schedule, we can accommodate the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and domestic violence cases
- Draft motions, pleadings, settlement agreements, and legal correspondence
- Appear in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations
- Maintain strong communication and personalized support for clients
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy and case management
- Stay current on New Jersey family law statutes and procedures
What We’re Looking For
- J.D. and active New Jersey Bar license
- Experience or strong interest in family law or general litigation
- Excellent litigation, negotiation, and client communication skills
- Comfortable with frequent courtroom appearances and direct client interaction
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and case management systems
