About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking two motivated Associate Attorneys (0–3 years of experience) to join our Richmond and Virginia Beach offices. This is an ideal opportunity for a newly licensed attorney or recent law school graduate eager to build a career in estate planning and administration. You’ll work alongside experienced attorneys, participate in client meetings, and receive ongoing training and mentorship in this rewarding area of law.
What You’ll Do
- Support partners in delivering comprehensive trust and estate planning services
- Prepare legal documents and assist with client signings
- Communicate directly with clients and support their long-term planning needs
- Participate in seminars and community education workshops
- Grow professionally in a supportive and structured learning environment
What We’re Looking For
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active Virginia Bar membership (or pending admission)
- Genuine interest in estate planning and client-focused legal work
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
- Willingness to grow, take feedback, and pursue excellence
Preferred Software Familiarity
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- WealthDocs or similar drafting software
