The Role
Build Manager is seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a number of construction sites located within approximately 30 miles of Lincoln. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
- Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with programme requirements
- Maintain high standards of quality control and site presentation
- Carry out short-term planning and scheduling activities
Requirements
- Valid SMSTS certification
- Valid CSCS card
- Previous experience in a similar Site Manager role
- Strong site management and organisational skills
- Excellent time keeping and record keeping abilities
- Keen eye for quality and detail

- Ability to communicate effectively with contractors and senior management
