The Role You will be responsible for delivering full lifecycle cost management services across a range of high-quality residential and specialist developments . Key responsibilities: Cost planning and budget management Procurement and tendering Contract administration Client-facing advisory across multiple projects Managing projects from feasibility through to final account This is a client-facing consultancy role offering genuine responsibility and autonomy.
