Build Maintain Recruit is seeking a Structural Engineer to join an expanding consultancy team in Exeter. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer with a proven track record in structural design and project leadership.

As a key member of the team, you will:

  • Lead project delivery from concept to completion, including residential, commercial, and retail developments
  • Oversee innovative and complex structural projects, ensuring high-quality design and compliance
  • Manage, mentor, and develop engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and skilled team
  • Work closely with UK offices to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to client expectations

Candidate Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in Structural or Civil Engineering
  • Chartered status with the ICE or IStructE
  • Strong commercial awareness, able to manage budgets and project timelines
