In this role, you will take ownership of financial and cost control across one or more developments, from initial award through to final account completion.

Responsibilities
  • Managing the commercial performance of projects to ensure profitability and efficiency
  • Producing accurate cost reporting and CVRs
  • Cash flow forecasting and financial planning
  • Subcontract procurement, administration, and management
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures
  • Promoting commercial best practice across projects
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, design teams, and the wider supply chain
About You
  • Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within residential or main contracting environments
  • Strong commercial awareness with a proactive approach to cost management
  • Good understanding of standard forms of contract (JCT preferred)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across live projects
