Senior Quantity Surveyor sought, Bristol. BMR Require a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a client of ours, a multi technical services provider, overseeing projects within a prestigious manufacturing facility in Bristol. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining a team embedded within the facility in Bristol overseeing a wide range of projects, ideally you will be NEC contract knowledge (not essential but advantageous) The Role: As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take the lead on managing NEC contracts, ensuring every aspect of cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting is handled with precision. Your client-facing role will see you building and maintaining strong relationships, ensuring their needs are not just met but exceeded. You’ll also be key in identifying risks and opportunities, driving value engineering, and leading a collaborative team to success.
