I am working with an independent, highly experienced construction consultancy who are looking for a Senior Surveyor to join their busy team. Operating across the UK providing trusted, practical expertise in surveying, project delivery, and specialist advisory services. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Surveyor who enjoys working in a consultancy environment that values autonomy, professionalism, and high-quality delivery. You will contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects across both public and private sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional surveying services across a range of project types and sectors
- Undertake inspections, condition surveys, and produce clear, accurate reports
- Provide pragmatic, commercially aware advice to clients
- Support projects from inception through to completion

About You
Essential:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building Surveying or a related discipline
