HSE Manager – Data Centre Project
Location: Hayes, West London Sector: Data Centres / Construction Type: Full-time, Site-based
We are currently recruiting for an experienced HSE Manager to join a major data centre construction project in Hayes, West London.
Our client is a leading specialist construction and engineering contractor delivering complex projects across the data, defence and energy sectors.
The Role As HSE Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the safe and compliant delivery of construction activities, providing expert HSE guidance to project teams and subcontractors.
Key responsibilities include
Managing day-to-day HSE requirements across site.
Reviewing RAMS and supporting high-risk activities.
Conducting inspections, audits and site observations.
Supporting accident, incident and near-miss investigations.
Monitoring corrective actions through to close-out.
Delivering inductions, toolbox talks and workforce briefings.
Promoting a strong safety culture across the project.
Requirements
Proven HSE experience within construction.
Experience working with high-risk construction activities.
Strong knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.
Experience with audits, inspections and incident investigations.
NEBOSH Diploma or NVQ Level 5 in Occupational Health & Safety.
IOSH Membership.
Professionally Qualified Person CSCS Card.
Valid UK Driving Licence.
MEP experience is desirable.
