We seek a Graduate Structural Engineer to contribute to coastal, fluvial, and environmental engineering projects. This role offers hands-on experience in river engineering and sustainable infrastructure. The successful candidate will support Project Managers and technical specialists in a variety of tasks, including site inspections, feasibility studies, designs, construction support, report writing, external liaison, and digital tool development.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the delivery of coastal, fluvial, and environmental engineering projects.
Assist in project management from concept design to construction implementation.
Conduct site inspections, feasibility studies, and technical analyses.
Prepare reports, design calculations, and engineering drawings.
Work collaboratively with teams across multiple business lines.
Develop digital tools and contribute to document management & BIM initiatives.
Ensure compliance with sustainability and carbon reduction strategies.
Support contract administration and liaise with subcontractors and external stakeholders.
Contribute to bids, tenders, and commercial project aspects.
Qualifications & Experience:

BEng (essential) and MEng (desirable) in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Understanding of hydraulic, geotechnical, and structural principles.
