Associate Planner Infrastructure & Energy UK
We are currently working with a growing consultancy that is looking to appoint an Associate Planner to join its expanding infrastructure planning team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced MRTPI Planner with strong DCO / NSIP experience who is looking to take on greater responsibility and play a key role in some of the UK s major infrastructure and energy projects.
What s on offer? You ll have the opportunity to:
- Lead infrastructure planning projects through the NSIP / DCO process
- Work across major energy and infrastructure schemes
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships
- Prepare planning statements, reports and supporting documentation
- Mentor and support junior colleagues
- Contribute to business development and team growth
- Work alongside specialists across environmental planning, sustainability, land and CPO
What are they looking for? Ideally, you ll be:
- MRTPI qualified
- Experienced in infrastructure planning
- Confident working with Planning Act 2008 / DCO procedures
- Experienced in managing clients and stakeholders
- A strong communicator with excellent report-writing skills
- Commercially aware, proactive and collaborative
