Career-Bridge Recruitment is working exclusively with a well-established and rapidly growing heating & plumbing contractor to recruit an experienced Regional Manager to lead and grow their South West operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of an established region, build a high-performing team and play a key role in the continued expansion of a respected business. This role can be located anywhere South West based between Somerset to Cornwall due to working on the road and working from home.

The Role:

  • Recruiting, managing and developing a team of heating engineers.
  • Growing the business across Somerset, Devon & Cornwall.
  • Building relationships with customers, merchants and commercial partners.
  • Surveying work, producing quotations and winning new business.
  • Overseeing quality, compliance and operational performance.
  • Managing the day-to-day running of the regional operation.
  • You will spend your first few weeks at the company’s head office to learn the business before taking full ownership of the South West region.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Current or previous Gas Safe registration.
  • NVQ Level 2 (or above) in Plumbing & Heating or recognised apprenticeship.
  • ACS qualifications (CCN1, CPA1, CENWAT & HTR1 minimum).
  • At least 5 years’ installation experience.
  • Previous management or supervisory experience.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Additional qualifications such as OFTEC, G3, LPG, F-Gas or Heat Pump experience would be advantageous.

Package:

  • £55,000–£65,000 basic salary.
  • Realistic OTE £75,000–£85,000.
  • Company vehicle.
