A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Structural Engineer to join a well-established and growing consultancy in the South West. This role is ideal for someone with around 6+ months UK consultancy experience (placement year or post-graduate experience considered) who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and technically strong environment. You’ll be working on a wide range of building structures projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors, gaining hands-on design experience and working closely with experienced engineers who will support your progression towards Chartership.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and analysis of structural projects
- Produce drawings, calculations, and technical reports
- Work collaboratively with senior engineers and technicians
- Attend site visits and client meetings where appropriate
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
- Around 6+ months consultancy experience preferred
- Familiarity with AutoCAD / Revit / Tekla (desirable)
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
