Are you an experienced Project Manager or Contracts Manager, looking for that next move? We are now looking for a Contracts Manager to join an ambitious team out of their offices in Exeter. As the Contracts Manager, you will lead multiple projects from award through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time and to the highest standards. Reporting to the Director of Construction, you will take ownership of programme, quality and cost performance across a portfolio of sites, typically ranging in value from £500k - £10M across a range of sectors, namely commercial and industrial. Geographically, these sites will be anywhere between Exeter and Taunton, let’s say more widely, Devon and Somerset.

To join us as our Contracts Manager, you will need:
- At least 5 years experience in an operational role, either lead PM or CM across several sites.
- Construction related qualification.
- Experience managing subcontractor relationships.
- Knowledge of construction methods, defect management and quality control processes.
- The ability to interpret drawings, specifications and programmes would be beneficial.
- CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid.
