Career-Bridge Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading residential housebuilder to recruit a confident and customer-focused Sales Executive / Sales Advisor for a busy new homes development in Colletyn. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established developer with strong site traffic, quality homes, and genuine earning potential through commission.

As a Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for prospective buyers and will play a key role in guiding them through the full home-buying journey, from initial enquiry to completion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming customers to the development and delivering engaging property tours
  • Understanding buyer needs and matching them to suitable homes and plots
  • Managing the full sales process, including reservations, sales progression, and liaising with solicitors and mortgage advisors
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating CRM systems
  • Achieving individual and site sales targets
  • Ensuring show homes and sales areas are presented to a high standard at all times
  • Building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
