Build Maintain Recruit are working on behalf of a specialist Civil Engineering Design Consultancy based in Poole, who are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join their growing team.

The Role
You’ll be involved in hands-on civil engineering design and project delivery, covering drainage, roads, car parks, flood risk, and general infrastructure projects. The role will include:
- Designing SUDS, drainage systems, and highways layouts
- Site visits, surveys, and construction support
- Hydraulic modelling and feasibility assessments
- Preparing cost estimates, proposals, and contract documentation
- Client liaison and project management responsibilities
What We’re Looking For
- HNC/BTEC or Degree in Civil Engineering
- 5+ years’ experience in civil engineering design
- Strong knowledge of drainage and road design for residential/commercial projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) and MS Office
- UK driving licence
- Strong communication skills
