An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a well-established and growing construction consultancy in Bristol. This role offers the chance to lead the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of construction projects across multiple sectors, working closely with clients, contractors and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage construction projects from inception through to completion.
  • Ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed budgets, programmes and quality standards.
  • Manage project risks, opportunities and change control processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and contractors.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and promote a collaborative approach to project delivery.

About You

  • Degree qualified or possess equivalent industry experience.
  • Membership of, or working towards membership of, a recognised professional body such as RICS, CIOB, APM or equivalent.
  • Proven experience delivering construction projects within a consultancy, client-side or contractor environment.
  • Strong commercial awareness and project delivery expertise.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of performance.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
