We are seeking a Junior Level Setting Out Engineer, looking to bed themselves in with a company with lots of drive and ambition! This is a permanent position, specifically with a civil engineering contractor, who operate across the M5 / M4 Corridor and typically deliver projects up to £5M.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General site set-up and establishment of control points
  • Setting out works in accordance with project drawings and specifications
  • Conducting quality checks and ensuring works meet required standards
  • Recording and maintaining accurate site documentation
  • Liaising with site management and subcontractors as required

To be considered for this role, you'll ideally have the following:

  • Some experience as a Setting Out Engineer (ideally 6 months+)
  • Competent with relevant surveying equipment and software
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Valid CSCS card (Preferred)
