Career-Bridge Recruitment is working with a leading residential developer to recruit an experienced Customer Care Coordinator to join their South West team based in Bristol.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join a well-established business with a strong reputation for quality and customer service.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing customer queries, coordinating remedial works, and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
Working closely with the Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for the administration and coordination of customer issues, liaising with internal teams, maintenance operatives, subcontractors and customers to ensure a high standard of service is maintained.

We are looking for someone who is organised, customer-focused and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will ideally have
- Previous experience within customer care, customer service, administration or coordination.
- Experience handling customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- A proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Experience within housebuilding, construction or property would be advantageous but not essential.
