Our client, a well-established and respected property consultancy, is seeking an experienced Architect to join their growing team in Cornwall. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects across the residential, commercial, heritage, education, and public sectors, delivering innovative design solutions from concept through to completion.
This role is ideal for a talented Architect who enjoys working collaboratively, managing projects independently, and building lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
The RoleAs an Architect, you will:
- Lead projects through all RIBA work stages, from concept design to completion.
- Produce high-quality architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and planning authorities.
- Prepare and submit planning and building regulation applications.
- Attend site visits, inspections, and project meetings.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest professional standards.
- Mentor junior team members where appropriate.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:
- ARB Registration (essential).
- RIBA Chartered status (essential).
- Proven post-qualification experience within the UK.
- Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning legislation.
- Experience delivering projects across multiple sectors.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit (BIM experience advantageous).
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- A full UK driving licence.
