Freelance Project Manager for Creative Studio

Role Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Freelance Project Manager to support our Creative Studio team. You\’ll be involved in coordinating our installations and activations. As a department, we are responsible for realizing a wide variety of creations, from 3-Dimensional billboards to full set installations.

What you\’ll be doing:

You will coordinate our outdoor poster frames and sites across London and the UK, used by our Creative Studio team to create spill boards, where elements of the artwork extend beyond the confines of the frame. We often add large 3D props, lights, sound, vinyls, and smoke machines. Additionally, we assist clients in bringing experiential ideas and campaigns to life, providing sets, actors, and locations.

You will be hardworking, conscientious, reliable, methodical, and attentive to detail. You should be willing to get involved, ensuring projects are delivered according to specific deadlines and instructions. The role will require you to coordinate quotes, write scopes of work, support on-site activations, produce timelines, source props, and ensure quality across the projects you work on.

You should have confidence in your project management skills, possess a client-facing demeanor, and be organized and communicative.
