A hands-on senior role leading the planning and delivery of OOH advertising installations across Edinburgh during the Fringe. You'll be embedded from day one, helping to break down the full scope of work, completing operational plans and leading teams through a high-intensity Build and Break schedule. This is a full-time role requiring flexibility around working hours, including evenings and weekends.

What you'll be doing:

  • Breaking down the full installation scope into workstreams and site schedules
  • Leading daily crew briefings and managing on-site teams
  • Conducting site visits and assessments ahead of installs
  • Overseeing safe installation of advertising structures, hoardings, banners and signage
  • Managing materials, equipment and vehicle allocation from the warehouse
  • Coordinating subcontractors and specialist crews where needed
  • Monitoring site quality and sign-off standards throughout the run
  • Supporting the Break phase — safe, efficient de-rig and site reinstatement

About you:

  • Proven background in production, events, or OOH installation management
  • Comfortable leading teams of 10+ in fast-paced, physical environments
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making under pressure
  • Festival, live events or large-scale outdoor project experience preferred
  • Full UK driving licence — Luton van confidence a strong plus
  • IOSH/CSCS or similar H&S awareness an advantage

£20 per hour
