Now in the market for a Site Manager to join an established contractor specialising in Facades Cladding delivering high-quality projects across commercial and residential projects, predominantly remedial projects. Due to continued expansion, our client is now seeking an experienced and driven Site Manager to oversee and enhance the delivery of their projects.
As a Site Manager, reporting into a Contracts Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operational performance of a live project with the project values between £1m - £3m. You’ll ensure works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. London based and across home counties.
Salary: up to £75,000 depending on experience
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior operational role within the Facades and Cladding sector
- Strong knowledge of Cladding remedial systems working with main developers
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Solid understanding of tool box talks, site inductions and day to day site operations
- Liaising with subcontractors and senior leadership teams
- Strong communication
- SMSTS (or equivalent) preferred
