Our client is an established estate agency selling homes throughout the London borough of Bromley and surrounding areas. Operating out of two core offices, they believe in providing a good old-fashioned service and commitment to ensuring their clients receive a high-end service when selling a property or moving home.
We are looking for a passionate Senior Sales Negotiator looking to take the next step to a Branch Manager Role. You will need to have a proven track record in property sales to lead by example. Key leadership and self-motivation are a must to support our client in delivering client-driven innovation and turning exciting service concepts into a reality, making the experience of buying and selling a home a pleasure.
As the Senior Sales Negotiator, key responsibilities will include:
- Previous Estate Agency experience with demonstrable success.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Acts as a role model by continuously exceeding targets and standards.
- Work closely with the rest of the team to bring each project to fruition and ensure every property marketing campaign is the best.
- In-depth knowledge of property market trends and regulations.
