Due to continued growth and a strong secured pipeline of work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead their operational delivery team.
This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing multiple live projects while managing a team of Operations Managers, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Reporting directly to the Director, you will provide strategic leadership across the business's façade and cladding operations, driving performance, mentoring operational teams and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
You will oversee a portfolio of high-value projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring operational excellence throughout every stage.
