Due to continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced and driven individual to join a dynamic and established property agent with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants, to lead their lettings department and drive business growth.

Location: Croydon area

Salary: up to £25,000 depending on qualifications and experience + commission + bonus incentives

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6pm, Saturdays 9am to 3:30pm

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about property, and is motivated by delivering exceptional service while achieving outstanding results.

What's required:

  • Proven experience in residential lettings (2+ years preferred)
  • Ideally you will be ARLA qualified - top end salary
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Target-driven with a proactive and positive attitude
  • Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred/required depending on role)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of rental properties from enquiry through to move-in
  • Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients
