An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven Property Sales Manager to lead a high-performing branch in one of the most sought-after, high-end locations in the market. With an established annual turnover of £700k – £1m, this branch offers strong foundations, premium stock, and an affluent client base. We are seeking a commercially astute leader who can elevate performance, drive market share, and deliver an outstanding client experience.

Location: Crystal Palace - uncapped area

Salary: up to £32,000 basic - depending on qualifications, plus commission and bonus incentives

As Sales Manager, you will take full responsibility for the branch’s residential sales operation, leading from the front while developing and inspiring your team to exceed targets.

What you need:

  • Proven track record in residential property sales, ideally at management level
  • Relevant property qualifications - MARLA or equivalent
  • Experience operating within a prime or high-value property market
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
