An established and growing contractor specialising in commercial, leisure and education fit out and refurbishment projects is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team. This is a key role within the business, taking commercial responsibility for multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously, typically ranging in value from £200k to £2.5m and operating across 12–16 week programmes.

The successful candidate will have strong experience within the fit out and refurbishment sector and be confident managing projects through the complete commercial lifecycle, from procurement and pre-construction through to delivery, practical completion and final.
