Our client is a leading asbestos contractor based in Sittingbourne, is on the lookout for an experienced Asbestos Operative to join their growing team. They work across a wide portfolio of clients, including private residential and commercial sectors, as well as local authorities, schools, hospitals, and other civic buildings. . The Role: You will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all works are carried out on time, within budget, and in full compliance with health and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee asbestos-related projects across the Medway and wider Kent area Conduct and manage asbestos surveys, removals and collections Ensure strict compliance with health and safety and asbestos legislation Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and safe project delivery Requirements: Proven background in asbestos management, removal, and collection Sound understanding of asbestos survey procedures Excellent knowledge of legislation and health and safety compliance UK Driving Licence is essential Valid and relevant asbestos certificates required Ideally holds P402 or RSPH qualification What We Offer: Competitive salary up to £45,000 depending on experience Permanent role with a respected Kent-based company Opportunities for career progression and professional development Long-term job security within a growing and supportive team
