A growing property maintenance company based in Guildford is looking for an experienced Multi Trader to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis. The company operates across Kent, London, Surrey, down to Portsmouth and Southampton, carrying out reactive maintenance, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and small works across residential and commercial properties.
Core Responsibilities:
- Reactive maintenance works
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Small works and general repairs
- Working across both residential and commercial sites
- Delivering high standards of workmanship and customer service
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Multi Trader across various trades
- Carrying out reactive maintenance works and planned works
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads efficiently
- Good all-round maintenance skills
- Full UK driving license
Package:
- Full-time, permanent role
- Self-employed payment basis
- Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 4:00pm
- Saturday work available as overtime
- £130.00 – £160.00 per day depending on experience
