We are seeking a Multi Skilled Engineer to join a reputable building company providing specialist support to their commercial clients in the Government, Healthcare, Retail and Education sectors. You will need to be proactive and reliable to join their growing team and deliver first-class support across a range of commercial sites. Based on static refurbishment projects across Kent, Surrey, Sussex and London, you will need to be dynamic and flexible.
Hours: Full time Monday to Friday
Salary: up to £45,000 depending on experience
You will be responsible for carrying out Multi Trade works across high-end commercial refurbishments across static projects between the value of £25,000 and £250,000, carrying out duties such as:
- General fabric maintenance
- Carpentry, joinery, and door repairs
- General plumbing and patch plastering
- Painting, decorating, and finishing
- General Trades and Refurbishment works
What you will need:
- Proven experience in building refurbishment (commercial environment preferred)
- Strong all-round trade skills with a hands-on approach
- 'Can do attitude'
- Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving ability
- Full UK driving licence (company van provided)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Professional and Dynamic
You will require DBS (Enhanced), BPSS and CTC security clearance checks, as part of any successful candidate's onboarding process.
