We are on the market, now seeking a Multi Skilled Engineer to join a reputable building company providing specialist support delivering to their commercial clients in the Government, Healthcare, Retail and Education sectors.

You will need to be proactive and reliable to join their growing team and deliver first class support across a range of commercial sites. Based on static refurbishment projects across Kent, Surrey, Sussex and London, you will need to be dynamic and flexible.

Hours: Full time Monday to Friday

Salary: upto £45,000 depending on experience

You will be responsible for carrying out Multi Trade works across high-end commercial refurbishments across static projects between the value of £25,000 and £250,000:

  • General fabric maintenance
  • Carpentry, joinery, and door repairs
  • General plumbing and patch plastering
  • Painting, decorating, and finishing

Proven experience in building refurbishment (commercial environment preferred).

Full UK driving licence (company van provided).

You will require DBS (Enhanced), BPSS and CTC security clearance checks, as part of any successful candidates onboarding process.
