We are seeking a Personal Assistant / Office Administartor to provide efficient and effective support to the Director of a construction company, enabling them to fulfil both business and personal responsibilities. The role involves managing day-to-day administrative functions and acting as a key liaison between the Director and internal and external stakeholders
This is an office-based role located in Bromley, SE London, requiring the PA to be present in the office five days a week.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion in a face paced working environment

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Management of the Director's diary. Monitoring, organising and prioritising their workload, delegation and action tasks where necessary to help meet deadlines.
- Manage, collate and ensure prompt payment of company expenses, mileage, and personal expenses.
- Handle both verbal and email correspondence on behalf of the Director, keeping them informed of any urgent matters and follow up with actions.
- Managing personal documentation: Handling important documents such as contracts, legal papers, employee's confidential data or personal correspondence.
- Participate in projects including preparation and compiling of monthly board report, presentations and adhoc reporting requests.
- Arrange meetings as requested, ensure a compete agenda is issued in advance and take minutes when necessary.
- Plan and manage business events, travel and accommodation agreements and itineraries.
- Meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority.
- Complete personal tasks as requested.
- Attend briefings and meetings as required.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, or a similar role.
- Highly developed organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) with people at all levels
- Maintaining the strictest confidentiality and security of conversations, documentation and files at all times.
- Strong computer literacy especially in MS applications.
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Ability to use initiative and remain calm under pressure.
- Proactive and confident in decision-making.
