The Role
They are now looking for an experienced Multi Trade Engineer to join their growing Small Works team.
This is a mobile role covering commercial and industrial sites across Hertfordshire , carrying out a variety of building fabric maintenance on small work projects.
You will be a proactive, reliable and hands-on individual who takes pride in delivering a high standard of workmanship. You will also be required to respond to reactive call-outs, diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently while maintaining excellent standards of health & safety and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out general building fabric maintenance, repairs and small works.
Undertake carpentry, joinery and door repairs.
Complete general plumbing repairs and patch plastering.
Carry out painting, decorating and finishing works.
Respond to reactive maintenance call-outs and urgent building issues.
Diagnose faults and identify appropriate repair solutions.
Complete jobs efficiently and to a high standard.
Use mobile apps to log in and out of jobs and update job information.
Maintain professional relationships with clients and site contacts.
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with health & safety requirements.
