An established and growing contractor specialising in commercial, leisure and education fit out and refurbishment projects is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team.
This is a key role within the business, taking commercial responsibility for multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously, typically ranging in value from £200k to £2.5m and operating across 12–16 week programmes.
