Waterproofing Technician / Supervisor

We are currently seeking a qualified, reliable and motivated Waterproofing Technician / Supervisor to join a specialist company operating across waterproofing, thermal insulation and structural strengthening, delivering high-quality solutions both in the UK and internationally.

Primarily based in London, this role will involve working on a variety of projects, with occasional travel to other regions of the UK. We are looking for a candidate with practical experience installing multiple waterproofing systems who can bring strong technical knowledge, a professional attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent workmanship.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Waterproofing Technician looking to progress into a supervisory position, or an established Supervisor seeking a stable, long-term role with opportunities for professional development.

Location: London, with occasional travel across the UK

Salary: £45,000–£50,000 per annum, depending on experience

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Install and apply waterproofing systems across a variety of projects.
• Demonstrate practical experience working with at least two different waterproofing systems.
• Ensure all work is completed to the required quality standards and project specifications.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, subcontractors and other site personnel.
• Organise and coordinate site activities, ensuring work is completed efficiently and safely.
• Support the supervision of site teams and installation works, where required.
• Maintain clear communication with management and project teams.
• Take responsibility for the quality of work, meeting deadlines and maintaining a professional approach on site.
• Travel to projects across London and occasionally elsewhere in the UK.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

• Practical experience installing at least two different waterproofing systems.
• Previous supervisory experience, or the willingness and potential to develop into a supervisory role.
• A valid, full UK driving licence.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• A disciplined, responsible and reliable approach to work.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively with others.
• A commitment to high standards of workmanship, safety and professionalism.
• A genuine interest in securing a permanent position and developing a long-term career with the company.
