Finishing Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Aftercare Finishing Manager to join a high-end residential contractor, taking ownership of the project after practical completion and ensuring every detail is delivered to the highest possible standard. This is a client-facing position requiring someone who is highly organised, commercially aware and confident managing the final stages of a project through snagging, defects, commissioning and handover. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-end residential refurbishment, with refurbishment experience being particularly important over pure new-build experience. LONDON BASED Salary: Up to £75,000 depending on experience You’ll take responsibility for the smooth and professional delivery of the aftercare and finishing process, ensuring outstanding issues are identified, managed and resolved efficiently. Key responsibilities will include: Managing snagging and defects from identification through to completion. Coordinating subcontractors and trades to ensure defects are rectified to the required standard and within agreed timescales. Overseeing finishing, commissioning and handover activities.
