The Role

The Role Our Solutions Advisors are technical guides, onboarding specialists, and customer champions. You\\\’ll play a key role throughout the entire customer journey – from pre-sales and onboarding to ongoing success and support.

What You’ll Do

  • Interact with prospects and customers
  • Ability to demonstrate our solution and support our customers throughout their journey
  • Assist the sales team in discovery, demos, and technical Q&A
  • Map customer workflows and processes to our product features
  • Customer Success & Support
  • Be a technical point of contact for customers providing efficient, friendly, and solutions-oriented support
  • Deliver training, guidance, and education to maximise adoption and value
  • Troubleshoot issues and work cross-functionally with Product & Engineering
  • Identify opportunities to improve user experience and reduce friction

Technical Knowledge

APIs & Integrations: Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication methods (OAuth, API keys) to support integration discussions with customers.

Data Handling & Transformation: Basic skills in manipulating structured/unstructured data such as CSV and Excel files to enable system setup and troubleshooting. Familiarity with CRM data models

Process Mapping: Ability to model and translate business processes.

AI/Automation Awareness: Working knowledge of AI-driven tools

  • Help shape and evolve internal processes and customer playbooks
  • Create and update support documentation and onboarding resources
  • Champion customer needs internally, sharing feedback with the product team
