Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Solutions Advisor role based in Leeds. The Solutions Advisor will engage with prospective and existing clients to develop tailored solutions that meet their business needs. Responsibilities include analyzing client requirements, conducting consultations, providing training on product features, and guiding clients in leveraging the platform for optimal impact. Additionally, the role involves identifying sales opportunities, presenting value propositions, and collaborating with various teams to enhance customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for understanding client needs and delivering effective solutions
- Knowledge of finance and ability to incorporate financial insights into proposed solutions
