What you'll be doing
- Hands‑on production C# / .NET delivery across our pricing and customer‑management products
- Taking real ownership of the work you pick up — refining the detail, shipping it, and owning the outcome in production
- Working closely with QA and our engineering lead as you deliver
- Contributing to ways of working and spotting efficiencies within the team
- Driving improvements in process and day‑to‑day efficiencies, in close collaboration with other tech leaders and engineering management
What we need from you
- Strong senior‑level C# / .NET and API experience — comfortable owning production systems from day one
- Ideally, familiar with AWS, topics and events, SQL Server, and Docker
- A proactive mindset — you spot what needs doing and pick it up, you don't wait to be assigned
- A positive, collaborative attitude — eager to help colleagues, share knowledge, and lift the team around you
- Able to land in a sprint already in flight and ship within the first cycle
- Energy‑industry experience welcome but not required
