Currently, we have a team of 11 direct staff working across the UK, repairing and maintaining manual-handling equipment for blue-chip clients as a preferred supplier to a principal contractor. Outside of this established operation, we are building a growing pipeline of project work and developing new services in the installation and support of hub-and-beacon tracking technology. These projects will support customers across the logistics, warehouse and supermarket sectors, covering pre-site surveys, installation and post-installation support. As the business develops, there may also be opportunities to support projects in mainland Europe.
This is an exciting opportunity for a resourceful, disciplined & people-focused operational leader to work closely with our two founding directors and make a genuine impact on the future of the company.

- Lead & Support the Team: Provide first line management, scheduling and ongoing support for our UK-wide field engineers, including resource allocation, recruitment, onboarding and training.
- Deliver Customer Excellence: Carry out site visits, pre-site surveys and operational reviews. Oversee installation projects and provide ongoing technical and customer support.
- Drive Operational Standards: Support preparation of project plans, method statements, risk assessments and site documentation. Monitor and evaluate performance, job progress and safety compliance while continuously improving operational processes and KPIs.
- Build for Growth: Partner with Founding Directors on contract mobilisation, resource allocation and expanding into mainland Europe.
What You Bring:
Whether your background is in field service, operations, logistics or technical contracts management, you are a confident, relatable problem solver who takes genuine pride in your work and full ownership of your decisions, actions, conduct & output.
Essential experience and qualities:
- Proven experience managing or coordinating field-based technical, engineering, or logistics teams.

- Excellent communication skills with the credibility to manage client and supplier relationships.
- Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel UK-wide.
Desirable experience:
- Experience in warehousing, distribution, manual-handling equipment, or tracking tech.
- Experience working with blue-chip customers or preferred-supplier arrangements.
