Responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing Oracle Fusion ERP solutions to meet business requirements. Collaborates with business users to gather and document business processes, configures system modules, troubleshoots issues, and supports system integration and upgrades. Ensures alignment of Oracle Fusion applications with organizational goals and improves business efficiency through optimized ERP workflows.
Essential Functions:- Provide on‑going day‑to‑day support of Oracle Fusion Cloud by troubleshooting problems and assisting users.
- Work with the internal system owners in the different business verticals to provide optimal usage and performance of the system.
- Assist in the implementation and be the point of contact for all initiatives/issues within Oracle Fusion Cloud with ERP, EPM, Procurement, etc.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion functionality.
- Design and document process flows, configuration settings, and integration points.
- Assist the business team with relevant data import and export tasks.
- Lead and test integration of external systems into Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Participate in cross‑functional requirement gathering sessions, user acceptance testing and solution deployment for new initiatives.
- Troubleshoot, process and manage Oracle service requests where required.
- Review Oracle quarterly release notes to understand relevance to the organization and plan for end user adoption of new functionality.
- Collaborate with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to end users and internal teams.
- Ensure Oracle Fusion best practices are followed during development and implementation.
- Participate in change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Must work collaboratively with consultant organization in the role.
- Must exhibit a high level of ethical and moral conduct while at work or in attendance of any off‑site function during work hours or after work hours while representing the Buffalo Rock Company.

Required Education and Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field – Required
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud (HCM, ERP, or other modules)
- Strong understanding of business processes and best practices in HR, Finance, Supply Chain, or relevant functional areas – Required
- Experience with system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and end‑user support – Required
- Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and technical specifications – Required
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills – Required
- Oracle Fusion Cloud certification(s) – Preferred
- Experience working with implementation partners or participating in cloud system rollouts – Preferred
- Experience with data conversions and integrations – Preferred
