The Shift Manager has the responsibility of evaluating and utilizing the customer service abilities of all employees within their team to ensure the highest possible level of service. The Shift Manager will also be responsible for handling customer complaints and resolving disagreements.
Responsibilities:- Oversee employees.
- Oversee inventory.
- Oversee cash register.
- Manage employees.
- Ensure legal operation of the business.
- Ensure that the store is well-maintained.
- Responsible for employee performance evaluations.
- Responsible for disciplinary action when necessary.
