Buehler's Fresh Foods is an employee-owned chain of 13 grocery stores located in northeast Ohio. Our employees share a genuine concern for quality and customer care. We are committed to “Putting People First” for both our customers and employees.
We are seeking team members for part-time (20-30 hrs/week) positions. Benefits for part-time employees include voluntary dental, life, and AD&D insurance, as well as flexible spending benefits.
This role involves working in the Bakery Counter Sales Section, assisting with daily operations, providing customer service over the phone and in person, merchandising, suggestive selling, incidental finishing, product rotation, housekeeping, and sanitation. Secondary duties may include related activities as needed.
Availability: Must be available to work 20-30 hours per week, including nights and weekends, based on department needs.
Experience: Familiarity with bakery merchandise preferred but not required.
Physical Demands: Lifting, bending, stooping, pulling, pushing, with repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs; occasional lifting to 80 lbs.
Additional Considerations: Customer relations skills, ability to work with minimal supervision, task prioritization, reliability, and dependability.
