The Role:
Are you a hands‑on Senior Product Manager looking to shape the future of a global eCommerce platform? We’re scaling a high‑traffic system while investing in new consumer‑facing features that change how customers discover, shop, and transact. This role combines building new experiences with strengthening and optimising existing systems, giving you real ownership and influence across product, technology, and operations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of core Magento eCommerce capabilities, from strategy and roadmap to delivery and optimisation.
- Work with senior stakeholders across Technology, Commercial, Data, and Operations to translate enterprise priorities into actionable product decisions.
- Ensure the platform remains stable and scalable, contributing to integrations, modernisation, and legacy system rationalisation.
- Define success through clear KPIs such as conversion, average order value, merchandising effectiveness, and fulfilment performance.
- Stay close to delivery with engineering teams to unblock progress without becoming a project manager.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years’ product management experience in eCommerce, omnichannel, or enterprise environments.
- Hands‑on experience with Magento, comfortable across functional and technical aspects.
