As a On-Trade Account Managers – This role will be focused on both account management to maximize existing relationships, whilst putting significant focus on winning and developing new accounts. A strong candidate will be an outstanding relationship builder, with the ability to sell from our premium portfolio.
The roles are field-based role covering Central London region. So a current UK Driving License is required.

The Role

We embrace big dreams and never shy away from challenges. Join us as an On-Trade Account Manager, representing Budweiser Brewing Group UK&I. Manage accounts, provide top-notch customer service, and support wholesale partners to boost sales across our impressive portfolio within the Independent Free Trade.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Growing our presence in the on-trade channel by winning new business and unlocking growth in existing accounts.
- Building tailored account plans that deliver results across a diverse customer base.
- Hitting volume and revenue targets through smart, customer-first strategies.
- Developing strong relationships across our wholesale network—from Head Office contacts to Sales and Support teams.
- Leading activations that bring our brands to life, ensuring flawless execution with support from internal teams
- Adding value to customers through creative brand support and meaningful insights.
- Tracking performance and investment to maximise returns.
- Running quarterly business reviews and planning ahead to stay ahead.
- Collaborating with customers on volume targets and brand plans that align to their goals.
- Building relationships with influencers, promoters, and trend-led media to amplify brand presence.
What We’re Looking For
- Someone energetic, ambitious, and ready to grow their career in a fast-moving environment.
- Solid knowledge of the local market and ideally some experience in the beer, beverage, or hospitality sector.
- A proactive mindset—you take ownership, follow through, and lead by example.
- Strong communicator who builds trusted relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
- Previous experience in sales or account management (on-trade experience is a big plus).
- Commercially minded with great negotiation skills and a feel for numbers.
- Able to manage your time and priorities independently while staying focused on the bigger picture.
- Confident using data to shape decisions and drive performance.
- Full UK driving licence is required—this role is field-based and on the move.
