The Role: DraftLine is our award-winning in-house agency. The Events & Partnerships Specialist will help deliver partnership projects across EMEA and beyond for our global and local beer brands. Reporting to the Mega Platforms (Brand Partnership) Manager or Lead, you will ensure excellent delivery of administrative tasks linked to the smooth functioning and management of sponsorships and partnership assets. This role offers exposure to various functions within AB InBev, including Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, global marketing stakeholders, and the global analytics centre. You will be a key point of contact for the business when organizing and project-managing platform projects leading up to and during events. You will also track budget and results for reporting and analysis of platform performance.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the set-up and management of platform PMO including RACI, roles & responsibilities, action log, and deliverables to ensure the execution timeline is met.
- Work with experiential agencies and internal stakeholders on execution plans and approvals.
- Manage financial tracking and ensure the budget plan is executed as aligned with stakeholders, with regular visibility and issue flagging in advance for resolution.
- Manage data collection for Sponsorship ROI by working with global teams to provide data inputs at the right times with the right internal contacts.
- Ad-hoc support for Mega Platforms Manager or Lead on tasks linked to the smooth running of European Partnerships / Sponsorships.
Who We're Looking For:

- 2-3 years' experience in a client services / project management role or similar.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a proven track record of flawless delivery.
- Experience setting up / working with online platforms.
- Experience working with a large and diverse mix of people.
- Ability to travel and be on-site for up to 4 weeks at a time throughout the year.
