About PerfectDraft: Here at PerfectDraft, we are on a mission to deliver the ultimate beer experience, anywhere. We believe that draught beer is the highest quality beer experience and we're bringing it to small bars and into people's homes. Our business sits at the intersection of ecommerce, technology and brewing. The PerfectDraft machine cools beer to a perfectly chilled, consistent temperature and stores it for up to 30 days. There are more than 40 beers available on PerfectDraft, all in 6-litre returnable kegs, from craft beers to Belgian and German classics. All served exactly how the brewer intended. The PerfectDraft team operates integrated with AB InBev, combining autonomy and agility with scale and expertise to transform how people drink beer in and out of home.
The Role: We're looking for a Data & Analytics Manager to join the PerfectDraft Data & Insights team in London. In this role, you'll help connect consumer data, AI, and decision-making, using insights to support strategies that enhance acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. Working closely with data engineers, marketers, and commercial teams, you'll help shape audience segmentation, personalize the consumer journey, and apply AI to deliver the right message to the right consumer at the right time.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop the Power BI and AI-enhanced reporting suite, providing actionable insights across the consumer lifecycle.
- Support improvements to consumer segmentation and churn prediction models to help inform business decisions.
- Analyse data to uncover insights that drive commercial growth and enhance the customer experience.
- Work collaboratively with commercial, CRM, and product teams to deliver data-driven improvements to the consumer journey and promotional strategies.
- Use AI tools to simplify workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and make data accessible across the business.
- Promote a culture of data-informed decision-making and encourage the use of AI-powered insights across teams.
Who we're looking for:
Essential:
- Experience querying and transforming large datasets using SQL (or willingness to learn).
- Developing Power BI dashboards and data models focused on consumer metrics and lifecycle tracking.
- Using AI tools, including ChatGPT prompting or applied analytics in automation contexts.
- Strong data analytics skills, including consumer segmentation and cohort analysis.
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to translate complex insights into actionable recommendations.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to Azure data environments.
- Familiarity with GitHub and version control practices.
- Working knowledge of Python or R for analytics.
- Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs).
- Understanding of AI biases and model evaluation practices.
- Background in consumer goods or eCommerce (optional; all curious, analytical candidates are encouraged to apply).
