Budweiser Brewing Group (AB InBev) invites you to launch your career with our Commercial Management Traineeship Programme (CMT). The programme is designed for ambitious graduates who thrive in a dynamic retail environment.
About the Programme
- 18âmonth programme starting in August 2026
- Junior talent placed on the frontline of sales, either in onâtrade (pubs, bars, clubs) or offâtrade (supermarkets, retailers)
- Fieldâbased role: building relationships with customers, sourcing new clients, negotiating deals with business owners and activating brands to gain market share
- Develop strong management skills and learn about the company's business strategy, preparing you to become our future Sales and Commercial leaders
- 70â20â10 learning model â 70 % learning on the job, 20 % exposure to other functions, 10 % formal training and development
Eligibility & Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or equivalent degree (graduated before September 2026 and no more than two years prior)
- No more than 2 years of professional experience (internships, volunteer work or student jobs not counted)
- Fluent English and the local language of the country you're applying to
- Valid permanent visa/work permit in the country of application
- Full driving licence and a willingness to be fully mobile within the country
