About the Role
We're excited to launch our Drinks Dispense Technician Apprenticeship. Recruitment is now live with successful candidates starting October 2026. This 15-month program offers a hands‑on, industry‑led journey where you'll gain the skills and knowledge to understand how our technicians get beer from a barrel all the way to the glass. You will understand how to fault find and diagnose issues on all cellar and bar equipment while also getting to grips with how we install the systems to maintain quality, working towards an NVQ Level 3 qualification through Wolverhampton College. The program consists of 11 weeks in college, where travel, accommodation and meals will be covered by the company. The 11 college weeks will be phased throughout the 15 months with the majority of your training taking place in the field alongside our mobile, knowledgeable, qualified technicians.

Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair beverage dispense equipment with precision and excellence, ensuring industry-leading support.
- Take ownership of tasks from the HUB team and Regional Operations Manager, seeing them through to completion.
- Execute installations within service level agreements, accompanied by thorough documentation.
- Promptly respond to reactive breakdowns, documenting details for efficient resolution.
- Perform Planned Preventive Maintenance diligently, meeting service level agreements.
- Provide full out-of-hours cover, demonstrating dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Proactively manage workload, planning effectively to meet deadlines, and nurture relationships.
- Assist team members, contribute to collective success, and enhance equipment quality.
Qualifications
